Cannot Access Subfolders Proxmox LXC Jellyfin - David Iezzi - 2025-01-04
Hi All,
I have created a Jellyfin LXC in Proxmox, tried both priviledged and unprivileged.
I have added in storage as per the guidance on the LXC unprivileged containers site here Unprivileged LXC containers - Proxmox VE
Through the console on the Jellyfin LXC, I have full access to all media folders under the following structure
Storage ZFS
-> media
-> TV
->Movies
When I go into the wizard/Jellyfin admin to add in libraries, I can see the shared zfs and I can click through storage and media, but once in media, I cannot see the TV or Movies folders at all. I cannot go that layer down to be able to add these to Jellyfin.
I have also tried directly mounting the TV folder into the Jellyfin LXC, that also doesn't work.
Can anyone help?
To add, I have also checked that all subfolders are owned by 1005:1005 as per the unprivileged lxc setup

What are the permissions in each step of the path leading to your media?
