It should target all tall covers ("portraitCard") on the item detail page. You just go to your Dashboard > Branding > CSS, and paste that code in, and click Save at the bottom

Wait I just realised, if you click your profile icon, go to Settings > Display, and disable Backdrops, it'll only show backdrops on the item detail page

Yeah the theme is overriding it with its own blur, best bet is to copy the whole theme css instead of using the import link, and editing out the blur bit i mentioned
