As in the subject line--I have a TCL Roku TV with the Jellyfin client app installed and up to date. When I attempt playback of .mkv files, the client will work for a short period, then encounter what looks like a buffer, but the network connection will drop for the Roku TV device and the client will crash.
Edited to add: I know that the .mkv is fully playable on the Roku as I've attempted from USB (bitrates over the network are quite low for these files, too...like 5mbps).
No idea what could be causing it really. The server can transmit fine to a web client over the same network with no buffering and only minimal dropped frames. It actually drops fewer frames over the web than over the local area network, so I suspect that there may be a network issue of some kind. Everything is over wifi.
I searched the forums but didn't find anyone with this issue off-hand.
Any ideas?
