Decided to try and fix be deleting my Collections and Music Videos libraries, then re-adding. Has not gone well - re-added the Music Videos library, but banner icon  shows no images, and entering the library just gives a spinning wheel as before. Collections are even worse, can't find any way to add the library back again.

    Anyone any ideas ?

I'm resisting a clean install, as don't want to lose all my played and progress information.

    Good afternoon,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Jellyfin just like the rest of us.
IMHO Don't bother with a clean install, it won't make a difference with this particular issue.
I was having database problems, so, I did a clean install and it did help with some sluggish loading, but not this particular problem.
From my own experience, going to the Music Videos or Collections spikes the CPU and makes Jellfin unusable as well.
I'd suggest going back to 10.10.7 if you can, however, in my case I'm just going to back to Emby because 10.11.x is a hot mess and IMO will probably be for the next year given the situation that the developers created for themselves.
If you want reliability and full functionality, Run, don't walk away from 10.11.x.

    Have a great day

Does your collections library just not load at all, or does it take a long time, or does it not appear in the libraries list, or what?
    Specifics:
    Jellyfin 10.11.3 (docker) on Debian 12.6 // N100 16GB
    Storage: Synology DS220+ CIFS mounts
Clients: Jellyfin4Kodi & Jellycon, Android, Android TV, Roku

Hm, probably a different one than I'm dealing with. Mine takes ~35 seconds to load, but does *eventually* load up.

I've got a ticket for my issue here, though I'm not sure if any devs are paying attention to it: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/issues/15090

And there's a plugin that attempts to implement a workaround here, it might be worth a try for you: https://github.com/pelluch/jellyfin-plug...-user-data

35 seconds??? OMG I'm so jealous.

Thx for that link it looks super interesting and I think it may help my situation once I finish researching what it does and if it'll apply to me.

    Have a great night.

Quick update on mine - the Collections library did appear by the following day on both systems (I have a live linux server and test system on windows).
The Collections library does appear after a long delay on linux, but windows the wheel just keeps spinning.
Music Video library has refreshed it's icon image, but try to get in and just get a spinning wheel on both systems.
Incidentally, IMVDb plugin looks like it is badly broken - lots of exceptions in the logs.
Think I might have to go back to 10.10.7
