How to change the sequence of playlists?

From my experience, the XML files are merely a reflection of the database records. Changing the XML files will not override what exists in the library.db file.

With that said, I have been able to simply drag-and-drop the two horizontal bars to the left of each song title. There are occasionally some bugs with moving stuff right to the top of the list, but it mostly works.

I see that some of my playlists feature such bars to handle the sequence manually, but most don't.
That may be a result of me trying to modify the XML files.

I seems I need to recreate all lists to be sure.
