After the update of Jellyfin to 10.11.2, I'm unable to add new libraries of any kind. After compiling the data of the new library and clicking the OK button, circles appears for more than one minute and library isn't scanned. Also, if you specify language and region, they are not saved. If you play to much with it, at a certain time it says that the library is invalid, but I am sure that the folder is correct and visible to Jellyfin.
To get out of this, I have to connect to my VM, stop Jellyfin container and restart it. After this operation, I can open the library and set language and region (they are retained now) and I am able to scan the library and it works well. Obviously, this is not the standard procedure, I have never had to restart the container to add new libraries.
If you don't restart the container, the library remains as shown in the attached picture, The "Test Library" is the newly added library before restarting the container.
I am the only one or this happend to others?
