my guess is that apart from the Cloudflare Tunnel you might have set up the Cloudflare Zero Trust "Application" and applied some policy for it (for example only selected emails are allowed). If that's the case. Unfortunately it won't work with the android JF client due to a different mechanism for connection than it is in the browser.
You would need to bypass the Cloudflare login page for it to work. For other applications there are two common ways this situation is handled: custom headers or mTLS, but none of them is supported in the jellyfin Android app.
Also allowing a remote IP address would be a viable option if it was just for specific locations with a public static IP, but I suppose it won't help you for using it on the go on the mobile phone.
