For anyone struggling with this, I went into 12 Years a Slave metadata and changed the name from "Steve McQueen" to "Sir Steve Rodney McQueen" for director and producer. And it created a new Person and fetched the correct information. The white Steve McQueen's Person profile is still there and attached to the movies he stared in. Hope this helps!
