Media Player Doesn't Show Backdrops on Detail Screens?

i just installed the media player for windows and the player doesn't show/use the backdrops on the detail screen for each movie or tv show. only the logo is shown.

backdrops are enabled in the settings and jpg files are included in the libraries.

i am using the elegantfin custom css with some additional commands that update the home screen with a grid view. here's the code.

it's working in the chrome browser btw.

any clues on how to solve this? thanks

Hey so elegantfin uses :has which checks a page for a certain element before applying that rule (good for having different styles on an episode or a music page, for example)

Unfortunately Jellyfin Media Player doesn't support :has

Looks like they're updating it to qt6 as we speak, that's lucky, hopefully the update will fix that
