Having the same issue. Jellyfin running in a docker container on QNAP. I have two HDHomeRun Extends (I think. They're old.)
Tuning channels on the Roku client won't release them when changing channels or exiting, resulting in all four tuners locking up quickly during channel surfing. Using the web client they will release just fine.
