For example, in your screenshots, on the homepage Avatar in Next Up has a different backdrop than it has 2 screenshots later when its the background of the Avatar's details page. Did you change these manually between screenshots? Or can I actually have a 'clean' backdrop without text as a background but a 'stylized' one with the show logo in Next Up?

No I didn't. Disable the option Settings > Display > Use episode images in 'Next Up' and 'Continue Watching' sections. And it should work the same for you.

I am not sure what you mean. Does it look broken to you on the latest Jellyfin release? I am not caught up with upstream, but it looks fine on 10.8.12

I made the theme to make Jellyfin look how I wanted it to. So I will fix things that break when I get the chance to, for as long as I use Jellyfin.
Theme may change according to my preferences, but should stay mostly the same unless Jellyfin does some major overhaul of their UI at some point. In which case I will try to port and tweak it when I have the chance, but we'll have to see should we cross that bridge, as it's all speculative.

Yeah, I downloaded the screenshot and your phone's screen is 4K. Sadly, I don't own any 4K screens I could troubleshoot it on. I can't make any promises, but I will see what I can do.

No problem, glad you are enjoying it!
Did you test it on mobile? If you did, could you share the screen resolution of you phone?

I just changed my resolution to 1080 (it's a pixel 7 pro) and the issue persists.ย

Just as an FYI, I guess it's with the new changes in the update which broke some themes, as I use the base theme which glassmorphism is based on, and even that has the same issues. I am attaching a screenshot.ย

    1. The overlays are not being loaded. Glassmorphism has a mask which is loaded and it doesn't happen. Same with zesty, the overlays don't work.ย
    2. In the attached screenshot, it's my best guess, the part doodled in red is where the poster comes in a default jellyfin theme, which inturn pushes the part highlighted in white to the right. With 10.9.1, the space remains there, pushing the title to the right.

I have attached the other theme screenshot as well (how it was looking in 10.8.x and how it's now with the update

No one in my family or friends uses mobile devices to watch jellyfin. I tested it on my iPhone 12 mini and it looks like this:

Later I try it on a Xiaomi android tablet

Well somehow I managed to fix the padding for the titles with custom CSS for the mobile devices, but for the love of God, couldn't get the overlay or mask to work on mobile device.

I managed to tweak and make it work with the latest update 10.9.1

I appreciate your hardwork on this theme.

Awesome! Did you fork it on github or just made modifications to the code on your computer? I saw you also made personal modifications to it.
I just updated to 10.9.1 and it borked my server, so I am trying to fix that rn. But I should get to tweaking the theme this weekend.
