Tried the upgrade again to 10.11.5 (from a nice stable 10.10.7) and after around 100 minutes the migration finished (previous attempts 10.11.0 failed at this point, 10.11.2 this bit worked)
Loading the main page however varies between instant and hanging.
    CPU is 60%+ doing anything.

Tried to go to the main dashboard to do a library scan. The main page loaded but wasn't populating - tried to click on to the libraries and got this after a long wait:

    Quote:ChunkLoadError
Loading chunk 95454 failed. (timeout: http://localhost:7096/web/95454.7ebdada6...9.chunk.js)

    ChunkLoadError

        at Object.next (http://localhost:7096/web/main.jellyfin....c:2:277842)

Just waiting and will refresh again and try to do a library scan.
Although it's clearly not working as well as 10.10.7 at least so far the process hasn't quit (which it would do every few minutes on 10.11.2).

I’ve since access the server via a different browser and it’s staying running (which is a marked improvement compared to 10.11.2) and am running a full scan as advised in the notes.
This was on 24% for well over an hour, went through 50-60 in a few seconds while watching. It’s currently on 66% and has been for the last 17 hours. There’s 35% CPU usage and around 2Gb of ram use so it looks like it’s working.
I suspect the % is based on number of libraries rather than actual content? I’ve a total of around 95Tb. Including a large home video / photos folder. Anyone else with a large library set, had such a long scan? I’m hoping future scans won’t take more than 24 hours! I’ve read they can take longer but this does seem a little excessive
