10.9.0 Trickplay options missing after 11th library

For some reason after the 11th library the trickplay options is not available/shown for any other library afterwards (I've got 15 other libraries after that all don't have Trickplay options) (I do have a Collections library as the 5th item listed if that matters but with no Trickplay either which I assume is normal)

This includes even brand new created libraries to which I tested.  I already finished doing the conversion of Jellyscrub for those 11 libraries so I'm not sure how to proceed if I wanted to get the rest of my libraries working with trickplay?

Huh I have exactly 11 libraries and the trickplay options don't appear on any of them (Movies, Shows, and mixed content libraries) ... deleting one does not fix that either.

Edit: They seem to have appeared after multiple restarts and browser cache clears but I'm not sure what exactly caused them to show up. I did delete my 11th library earlier so I only have 10 now.

The other 15 I have are all "Mixed Movies and Shows" seems to be the culprit? Is that library type not supported for trickplay?

I also had this issue, and it was fixed by clearing my cookies and cache for the server site.

Perhaps I'm just dumb, but can someone tell me where to enable trickplay? I've dug through the playback and library settings pages, restarted the server and cleared cache and still cannot find a toggle for it.

Are you running 10.9? Or 10.8.13?

Where have you been looking?  Dashboard > Libraries > Select any library, scroll down to the bottom.
