    Hi All,

I have a Win10 machine as a client that is connected to a HDR10 display, I would like to watch HDR10 content but I'm not sure the Windows Jellyfin client is actually using HDR, it looks washed out.

When watching a HDR scene on YouTube and comparing it to Jellyfin, the YouTube scene looks dark in dark places & light in light, very good contrast.

    Am I missing something here?

The way Jellyfin Media Player utilizes MPV does not currently support HDR properly (this is being worked on).

You will need to use the MPV Shim client.
