Every time I turn on my Kodi boxes with the Jellyfin plugin I'm getting the below message. Any ideas what is causing it?

Issue has only started after upgrading to 10.11. I've done a clean install of my Jellyfin server and that hasn't fixed the issue either. 

I noticed in the Jellyfin logs that the Kodi Sync plugin is processing a lot of updates, I'm guessing that is related? My media collection might only change one to two file a day so the volume of changes doesn't reconcile.

I haven't moved my JF to 10.11 yet so I've not experienced this particular issue but wanted to note 2 things.

First, when JF sends updates to Kodi it's not a 1:1 update. If you add a new movie that wil add the movie, the poster, fanart, logo etc artwork, trailer and then any new people who have been added to the JF database. So sometimes a lot of updates in number relate to only a smaller number of actual new media been added.

Second, I noticed that Kodi takes all teh collection "boxset" data from JF which I odn't (think I) need. That can be one of your issues as well as I get bogged down with that sometimes since I have almost 400 JF collections with their associated info.
