Downgrade and package ignore question

I've managed to successfully downgrade from the latest release back to 10.10.7. (LG tv dolby issues)

Now I've gotten to the place where I'm adding ignored packages for pacman to stay on that version. The two obvious one I thought were jellyfin-web and jellyfin-server but it got me to wonder if aspnet or jellyfin-ffmpeg should be there as well?

If they get updated in the future, could it cause trouble for my older jellyfin components?

Can you detail the procedure of how you did this (downgrading)?

I made the mistake of installing the last two updates things got progressively worse.
All the meta data got trashed for t.v. shows.
None of the t.v. shows will appear anymore, except a few episodes that were under recently watched and all they say is "Fun (TV show)".
Can't search for episode or find way to watch any t.v. shows now.

I tried posting for help, but nobody was able to help. Figure best thing is to revert back to older version that worked...
However,not 100% on how to do that.
