Hello and please don't shout at me for a first post as have searched but couldn't find the answer.

Have JF Server 10.8.10 running on my iMac and that's all good and working fine. The problem I have is when using the Client on my Apple TV. It's not updating at all and I can't see anything new on there.

So my question is please - how do I update the Client on my Apple TV?

    Thank you Smiling-face

Do you mean install a new version of the Jellyfin client? Or that shows aren't showing up on the Apple TV app?
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage
4x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1

The app on the Apple TV isn't updating anything new, either shows or new media.

Thanks tried that with no success.
Ah well I'll try using it on another device which is a shame.

Can you look at the server logs to see if your Apple TV client is having authentication issues or something. Upload the log to pastebin and share it here?

Ok interestingly enough I did some tests on the weekend and possibly found my problem.

Any new file does show up but only if I select the Media Tab at the top menu and then select Movies or TV Shows. it doesn't show on the Movies or TV Shows tab or the Home Screen.

Not sure why there just isn't a Manual Update Library option or the option to run it automagically.
