I've noticed that if I play content and don't use the transcoder (native stream and decode to the Roku player direct), there is a problem with audio/video sync issues. It's not a problem with Roku to the TV and audio destination as I have other content from other apps that work fine and I've double checked the built in audio delay feature on the Roku device itself. This is definitely an issue with the Roku app not keeping audio and video in sync for native streams. If I run through the transcoder, it seems to be better but I prefer NOT to use the transcoder unless needed.
The Roku client app needs an audio sync tuning option that can add or subtract delay to the audio stream. 50 ms increments would be plenty with up to +- 500 ms total adjustment to leave plenty of headroom. If you make this adjustment to the Roku client, it should really be an option you can add to all Jellyfin clients. The best implementation I've seen of this is with the VLC media player.
