Automatically turn folders with multiple videos into collections

On Windows 10 
If a video stands on its own I leave them in the main folder. If there are multiple videos due to say converting a dvd from chapters all those videos would go into one folder with the name of the movie.  There a way to automate this ?

You can use tools like Filebot or Tiny Media Manager to automate renaming.

However, there should file on your DVDs that would be a single file that contains all the chapters, with chapter markers, instead of extracting each individual chapter file.
