Backup Data

I have my Jellyfin 10.9.0 running bare metal on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Now I want to switch from bare metal to docker. So I need to take backup of All data & metadata and need to restore it on docker instance. Is it possible?

You cannot migrate your data from a bare metal to docker install. There are significant differences in the file paths that are stored in the database. A lot of absolute path references that would no longer be valid.
