step 1. download ubuntu LTS 22.04.04 (latest at the time)
step 2. Update the kernel to v6.5 ( i used google to find instructions )
    step 3. install https://github.com/intel/compute-runtime/releases
step 5. use intel_gpu_top to verify if its working. Try different encodings to make sure you are good to go.

I hope this helps some of you guys out in the future. It wasn't a very straightforward path for me.

Interesting, I just loaded up proxmox on an N100 for some experimenting was planning on testing JF on it.
Havent figured out proxmox yet tho LOL.

I hear these things are pretty good little streamers. For the price I'd like to also replace my set top boxes with them as well but sadly there isn't any good interface that can compete with ATV/Roku/etc. Kinda shocked the RPI community hasnt baked something up TBH. (Or maybe they have?)

Your probably right, I havent used kodi since XBMC. Does it behave like a full OS now?

My dream is a fully Foss media center PC. I feel like n100 minis have the hardware, size, and price to fully replace rokus/ apples/ androidtv with the right software.

I probably just need to spend some more time learning what's already out there.
