I've just installed Jellyfin 10.9.7 on a QNAP TS-832X with 16GB RAM, Running QTS 5.1.8.2823 firmware.

I log in to my QNAP NAS at 192.168.0.nnn, go to Jellyfin in the NAS's list of apps, I click Open and I get a new tab that shows the address as

    192.168.0.nnn:8096
    and
    This site can’t be reached
    192.168.0.nnn refused to connect.

Please would you tell me what I need to do to connect. I have not been able to connect to Jellyfin at all so I've not given it my name, password or any other credentials.

This must be a simple fix for anybody who's familiar with this sort of set-up. I hope.

    What do you think

I'm not familiar with QNAP, but make sure that Jellyfin is actually running. I took a quick look at a QNAP tutorial video and there shouldn't be anything else you need to do after installing Jellyfin.

Thank you for your input. I have been back and checked that Jellyfin is, indeed, running. I have now tried to access Jellyfin from several machines running different operating systems and browsers and I am still being denied access. Given that Jellyfin is running, can anybody suggest what might be done to gain access?

    TIA
