I'm trying to direct play a DV 8.1 with Level 183 on my Shield TV Pro 2019, but it will not play back without transcoding, DV Profile 8.1 and Level 153 is fine (all other video settings are the same except the level).
If I use an external.player ("Just (video) Player"), I can drect play the file on the my device with the out of the box settings so it certainly does seem to be possible for the Shield TV Pro 2019 to handle this file.
I think I need to open this up as a bug on GitHub, but it said I should post here first so following the rules!
