Can't figure out how to get to user selection screen on new LG G4 tv

I just got a new TV and installed the Jellyfin app. On my previous TV I used a Google Chromecast device and Jellyfin would ask what user was watching the TV each time. On the new TV I'm trying to get similar functionality but I can't find an option anywhere that allows me to have multiple users. I have to sign out and in with the other account each time. Any ideas?

I'm assuming your last device, the Chromecast, was of the Google/Android TV variety. Not a "dumb" Chromecast.

Is your new TV also Android TV? If so, the option you are looking for is in Settings > Login > Automatic Sign-in > set to Disable. It should then prompt you to select a user each time you open the app.
