Can't Remove Kodi Sync Queue

Hello everyone,

I can't seem to get rid of the Kodi Sync Queue plugin. I can uninstall it in the backend, but after restarting the server/Jellyfin, it automatically reinstalls itself.
How can I permanently uninstall the plugin? I'm using JF 10.9.7 on Debian 12.5 (PVE VM).
