Can't search via tags v10.11.4

Recently started using Jellyfin as my main media management server app
On TrueNAS, using their repository

I have all my media available, and it is all tagged by external software (TMM, Sonarr, etc)

If I browse to an item and click on the tag itself it will show me everything else with this tag

But I cannot search by tag or genre in the search bar

I can filter by tag in the library, but there's about 5k tags

I've done a few searches for help which leads to show that this feature was implemented back in 10.9, I am running 10.11.4

Am I missing a prefex for tag search or something?

Nope, you're not doing anything wrong.

Tag search was added in 10.9, but it slowed down search so much that they disabled it again in 10.10. I think it'll eventually come back now that the EFCore migration happened for 10.11, but I'm fairly certain it's not re-implemented yet.

There's a plugin you can use that links Jellyfin search to a mellisearch db, which takes a bit of setup but I'm fairly sure does tag search. https://github.com/arnesacnussem/jellyfi...eilisearch
