Cannot play back DVR Recordings

At my wits end with trying to get this to work, appreciate any help I can get!

Background:
Running Jellyfin on an Unraid Docker for IPTV functionality. I have had live tv working perfectly for a month now, very happy with it.

The one thing I can't seem to get to work is the DVR functionality. I can hit record on a show, it shows up in the "Recordings" section of my libraries, but I get the error "This Client isn't compatible with the media and the server isn't sending a compatible media format."

I'm also confused on where exactly the recordings are going on my server. When I open the specified location, I see some text files corresponding to the show I was recording, but no media file. 

I've messed around with a million different tips and tricks I've seen around the internet, but can't seem to get anything to work. Curious if I *need* to have a post processing script running? Looked into that a little bit but it was way over my head.

Have you tried results from different clients (mobile, media center, web)?  I have had problems with one of those clients but not the other two for example.  This could help narrow this down?

Same issue here. I can watch and record live TV via Jellyfin but can't playback the recordings using the client. The programs that have been recorded via Jellyfin will playback via Plex. Here is the log file from Jellyfin :-
