Cast and crew disappears after clicking on them

When I click on a cast from some shows, the cast details are empty and when I check back on the casts from the show, the cast member that I clicked on disappears and not even replacing Metadata returns the cast back. I've reinstalled jellyfin but the problem's still there. The attachments show one member disappearing after clicking on it

This is findroid tablet app and yes it happens on all clients. Once I click on a cast member on some shows, It's like the cast member is immediately deleted, and even searching the name shows no result.

It looks like Jellyfin lost access to a lot of your media. It is removing a lot of content and removing the actors associated with them.

The shows are still there i can still play them it's the casts that keep disappearing

Does this happen only for this show? Or all shows?

multiple shows but not all cast members. It seems to affect people who I don't have a lot of shows off. I've noticed that the problem doesn't affect those who have 3 or more appearances in other shows that i have.
