Change LiveTV to library type?

Would be nice to see Live TV as a library type. The library folders could contain the sources, and the DVR settings could be the library settings. This would allow for per-user libraries and recordings (each user could be granted a library with the same sources and different recording libraries), allow libraries to be separated by type (like a live sports and live movies libraries), and be more obvious than the current placement in the dashboard.
