Change TheMovieDB id using the API

Hello!

I'm having a hard time understanding how to use the API to:

- get the TheMovieDB id that is currently set in the movie

- change it if I found that is wrong

- if changed, trigger a refresh of all metadata using that new id

I already have the ItemID.
