    Hello,

I am using Jellyfin on my Synology NAS in the Container Manager. Unfortunately, I realised today that I made a mistake when creating my database.

When creating a container in Container Manager, I entered the name ‘viceo’ instead of ‘video’ in the media directory. As a result, all directories within the libraries are now also incorrect. If I now add the correct directory, the library is rescanned/rebuilt and some of my changes (cover images, media assignments, etc.) are lost.

Is there a way to adjust the path within a library without it being rescanned/rebuilt?

It is ‘only’ a blemish, but it would be nice if I could fix it in a simple way.

    Thank you very much

Simple? Only if you know your way around a SQLite DB. Otherwise, no. If you have custom images, you can save them in the folder with the videos.
