Collections missing poster art

I am fairly new to Jellyfin, after moving from Plex. I was able to get Jellyfin to auto create collections for me, but the poster art is missing for all of them except one.  I made sure that Box Set fetching was turned on but it still won't find the box art for me. 

Jellyfin server: Windows
Client: iOS, ROKU, Desktop

Install the TMDb Box Sets plugin from the catalog. This is separate from the default TMDb plugin. Once installed and the server has been restarted, navigate to Dashboard → Scheduled Tasks and run TMDb Scan library for new box sets.
