    Hi folks,

I have a problem with my server where I just don't know where to start.

I am running a Jellyfin server on Unraid in Docker. Latest versions.

Basically everything I need works very well. Local and remote access from all kinds of devices works.
But now I want to set up access from my relatives' Android sticks and it just doesn't work. The server cannot be reached or rejects the connection.
No matter how I try, whether via the open port with DDNS or using a reverse proxy. No connection.

When I try to access from the respective WLANS via my cell phone, there are no problems. Only the Android TV client does not want to.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

Try deleting the server from your client and add it back.

Had a similar issues going from 10.8.x to 10.9 on some clients.

Thanks for the reply but i have never added the server in this clients. The server can just not be found somehow.
I even tried out different wlans and changed the DNS but its not helping.

Its a Chromecast with Google TV (4K) device with the jellifin app from the store.
My brother also couldnt connect to the server, he is using a fire stick. From the same wlan he could connect with the jellyfin client for his android smartphone

So my guess is, there must be something up with the clients

Are you using your domain name? What happens when you use your IP? I'm wondering if this is some weird DNS problem. I know that some devices try to override your DHCP defined DNS settings.
