Yes, the command in the first post.
I am not aware of anywhere within Jellyfin to enter these, so assume this is in a console/terminal of some form.
I'm just learning about this sort of thing, so I'm unsure where this goes.
Currently I'm got two Jellyfin servers; My Synology DN-1522+ where I run as a container and a NUC Phantom Canyon with Windows 11* on (trialling it for the transcode capability).
* Windows is proving problematic as the server keeps disconnecting so may change it to either Linux or Proxmox.
You would run the command in the Windows command prompt in your case. The ffmpeg options are the same in Windows, but you'd need to specify the full jellyfin-ffmpeg path instead of just "ffmpeg".
