Desync issues, either the subtites are early, or the audio is

After updating to 10.9.1, I'm having desync issues with captions being too early. While testing for solutions however, I found if i enable hardware transcoding, the video and subtitles are properly aligned, but then the audio desyncs, and starts playing early, at the same rate the captions were doing previously.
Jellyfin 10.9.1, Intel i5-6500, Linux Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

Does this happen on every client or just a particular client?

Also, can you provide the media info for this movie/show? Preferably from the Jellyfin web interface click on "..." for the show/movie and then Media Info. Copy and paste that here.

Affects all media, but oddly enough as I went to find some extra logs to add to this comment, the issue decided to resolve itself? About to see if I can cause it to start again to give a hint into what's happening
