Would like to see jellyfin on TV, have installed the DLNA plugin and can also see the TV under devices (top right).
I can connect the device but nothing matters.
Does anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong or have a better Idea to see Jellyfin Videos on TV ?

    Regards Klaus

What kind of TV do you have? Do you have other options other than DLNA? Like Tizen OS? Android TV/FireOS? Roku?

My TV --> Samsung UE49MU8009. I think there are no other options.

You do. That TV runs Tizen OS, which we have a client for. It also has a browser. I'd use the built in browser over DLNA.

Having said that, due to Samsung shenanigans, you will have to sideload the Jellyfin app on your TV. Which is documented on the github page for the Tizen OS app.
