Documented steps for deploying Jellyfin with Docker Compose

First off, big fan of JF and the community and the devs! And thank you for the great work!

Since I was documenting this for the future me to redeploy what I have to another box, thought I would share the full detailed steps, thought-process and logics I undertook to deploy Jellyfin and other related services) on my CachyOS PC using docker compose to create an automated media server on an MergerFS pool.
