    Draggable HTML elements in "Home" settings

    Clicking on up & down arrows is particulrly annoying

    Since JF seems to lack a method to define a default layout, I have to go through by hand for each new user to arrange libraries "correctly". Clicking on these little arrows dozens of times is a frustrating and slow process.

         

    I propse making lists draggable, similar to this example:
