I'm assuming if you used Jellyfin through the TV's browser, instead of the app, everything works fine?

You'd just type in your jellyfin address into the browser like you would on a PC.

I should have refreshed before posting.

Is there an OS update available for your TV? From what I can find, your TV was released in 2021 and the version of webOS available at the time was version 6. So why is your TV on version 3?

This might be an issue with the older version of WebOS. My understanding is that our app should be ok down to, at least, version 3.0. But I don't know if that changed with 10.9. Most of the users I've encountered with LG TVs had WebOS 4 or newer.
