Duplicate names issue

Is this a known bug? Is there a fix?

The Frances O'Connor in Freaks (1932) is not the Frances O'Connor in A.I. (2001). It's really obvious in this case because the two of them have a different number of arms.


I'm running 10.10.3 (server/web/build all same).

No resolution as of yet.

Reported 16 June 2020, last comment 28 November 2025. Seems like this isn't an easy fix within the server
