Error: Application not found

Recently installed a clean version of windows 10 then upgraded to windows 11. Installed jellyfin and tried running it through the tray app but shows error:application not found. Tried to manually type "localhost:8096/web/index.html" on firefox and it worked. Tried to access through jellyfin android app but also can't find the server. I already granted its firewall for public and private but still no change.

I haven't changed any settings in the jellyfin yet, just added the media files.

Am I missing something or do I need to change some settings?

You installed Jellyfin AFTER you upgraded to Win11, correct?

And your NIC is set to private?

I tried installing Jellyfin before I upgrade to Win11 but still same issue. Then I uninstalled and deleted all files of jellyfin. After that, I upgraded to Win11 then installed again and still same issue.

How do I set my NIC to private? or is my NIC already private based from the image?

I tried opening Jellyfin through MSedge and it's working but not on firefox. I think it has something to do with how I restored my profiles that I backed up but I don't know how to reset the configuration of jellyfin for firefox.

For Firefox delete your cache in the browser settings. Yes, your network is already set to private.
