    Sorry for my dumbness.

The correct address I'm typing is http://192.168.xxx.xxx:8096

But now, after again testing the IP-Address, I'm not able to connect to http://192.168.xxx.xxx
This is the address I can see in the router for the raspi.
Though I can connect to http://raspberrypi5.local/. If I type this the gui for OMV is showing up and I can login...

It seems that OMV controls the firewall from a web GUI panel.

There are no rules defined in OMV.

But since it seems not possible for me to get it to work I will start fresh.
And if I again won't be able to get it to work I will try something else.

Thanks again for your patience an help.

You need to define a rule to allow TCP on port 8096.
