    Jellyfin 10.9 (upgraded)

Ubuntu VM with jellyfin install from apt. Connected to Nginx Proxy Manager on an external host using a wireguard interface.

I noticed after upgrading to 10.9 that the external access stopped working (local LAN login works). I can reach the login page as before but when i enter my username and password i get a "Connection Failure". It was working fine with the previous jellyfin version.

    Example from the log file:

    Code:
[2024-05-13 08:12:29.155 +00:00] [ERR] Error processing request. URL "POST" "/Users/authenticatebyname".

Tried different browser, clearing cache and data and also the android app. In the android app i can login (i think) but i can only see "Home" and "Favorites". The hamburger menu is just an empty black screen.

What could be the issue? Some cache somewhere?

    *Edit
OK always nice when you figure things out yourself. Perhaps this will help someone in the future.

I had an access rule for my family on in the Nginx Proxy Manager. I tried disabling that and boom it works! Turns out i had to have the pass auth to host option enabled for it to work. See screenshot.
