    Hi there!

Sorry for posting this question in the wrong location before. (And I don't see an option to delete my other post)

I was running an earlier version of Jellyfin on my Synology DS423+ NAS via Docker with no problems. I upgraded to the latest 10.10.3 version of Jellyfin, and now, while my Libraries show up, any video I attempt to play gives me a Fatal Playback Error (same across any devise: smartTV, desktop web browser, ipad, etc)

I'm relatively new to containers, and I feel really lost as to what to do or to how to fix the problem.   Face-with-head-bandage

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

Can you share your jellyfin logs via pastebin?

    Thank you for the reply!

When I try to put my log into pastebin it gives me the error: You have exceeded the maximum size of 512 kilobytes per Paste.

Is there a section of the log that I can cut/paste that is what you need and is helpful?

There were two logs. I copied the smaller one. Is this what you need? Let me know if this helps?

Does this error happen immediately? Or several minutes after you've started watching?

Immediately. On the web browser, it starts (shows an image) then stops, says fatal playback error. On my iPad it loads for 30-60 seconds then says fatal playback error, gives me an icon with the sideways triangle with a line through it, and I cant even select the home button (although I can go to settings tab, but not back to home).

But no part of the actual movie plays.

Which Docker image are you using? The official image or the linuxserver image?

I set it up months ago, so I don't remember, but I would assume the official. How do I check?

(Thank you again for your help!)
