how do i make this automatically go to off? for some reason my files will give me a fatal player error if subtitles are selected

Can you share your full jellyfin log? Is it trying to transcode and burn in the subtitles?

That is an ffmpeg log. I need the main jellyfin log. The file name will start with "log" and then the date.

Other files play proper, just not these all of a sudden

Can you upload your log to pastebin? I forgot to download the log when I got home last night and now I am getting a 403 error.
