ffmpeg access denied

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (5): An error occurred trying to start process 'I:\Program Files\Jellyfin\Server' with working directory 'i:\Program Files\Jellyfin\Server'. Access denied.

Server cannot play the video because it cannot access the folder where ffmpeg is located. I have tried copying ffmpeg to different folders, even to the server folder. Created new folders, but no effect. Jelyfin server 10.9.2 on windows 10 system

You can try running the Jellyfin tray app as admin (right click, run as administrator) or you can go to C:\Program Files and right click on Jellyfin and recursively change ownership.
