Firestick App PGSSUB Subtitles Playback Error

ISSUE: PGSSUB embedded subtitles - cause playback error?
when attempting playback through Jellyfin Android on Amazon Firestick 4K

Environment:
Jellyfin 10.8.10 (docker)
Firestick: 4K Max
FiresOS: 7.6.5.2
Jellyfin App Version: 0.15.12

Description: Anyone run into this issue?
I think I have narrowed it down.
Not sure if this is a Firestick or Jellyfin App limitation.
(PGSSUB work on desktop firefox browser, but heavily struggles)

I compared two files,
both h.265,
both hevc video,
both aac audio,

GOOD: subtitle codec ass
BAD: subtitle code PGSSUB

Can you describe your hardware? My first hunch is that transcoding is not working on your system and it is trying to burn in the subtitles but is failing.

Can you share your server specs, OS, jellyfin logs, and ffmpeg logs? Upload the logs to pastebin and link them here.

Thanks for the Suggestion! Ill research that more.
Not sure yet how to access the logs
for jellyfin on my Synology,
(i did not change the default
directory when i set it up, and on Synology, im still
trying to figure out how im supposed to access those hidden folders)
