I've got a library entirely made of BD and 4KBD rips, which I used to use with Plex but recently I've switched to Jellyfin.

So far, everything's working decently except DOVI support is a headache and a half. After fiddling with it for a few days, I've decided to just give up on even DOVI P7-MEL (I know FEL is a lost-cause).

This wouldn't be a catastrophic problem except I need Jellyfin to work for family members who are fairly remote and fairly tech-illiterate.

Is there a way, any way at all, for me to force my server to just stream the HDR10 fallback layer on any/every DOVI P7 video all clients dare to stream? Some advanced option? Maybe there's a plugin I haven't heard of?

I would like to avoid remuxing an entire 16TiB library at all costs, if it's possible.
