Genres with special characters show empty result

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Jellyfin 10.11.5 (Web UI):

• I am browsing a library of type Movies.
  
• I use the genre filter to filter the movies by genre.
  
• This generally works as expected. However, if a genre contains special characters in its name (for example "ä", "ü", or "ö"), no movies are shown for that genre — even though movies with that genre do exist in the library.
