I am running Jellyfin on the latest version of Ubuntu server through docker compose. I am currently on Jellyfin version 10.9.1.1 and I read through the release notes but I have to be honest I'm not well versed enough to understand what can and can't break my Jellyfin so I would like some advice. I just recently had to reinstall Immich and Uptime Kuma because I broke them instead of just updating them. My family uses Jellyfin all the time so I would hate to break it and have to start fresh. Can I just do a docker pull and update? What should I do?

    Thanks in advance.

Before every Jellyfin upgrade, in minor point releases, you should backup /config. Always, always backup.

Wherever you mounted /config, back it up. Then stop the jellyfin container, then pull, then start Jellyfin with the newer version.
    Jellyfin 10.10.3 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage
3x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1 (JF Library)

10.9->10.10 is a much much smaller change than 10.8->10.9. I am not aware of any game breaking changes.
